STORE POLICY
Shipping Policy:
We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier. USPS insures some lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows the package was delivered, you may open a claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777.
For international orders, we are NOT responsible for any customs fees or taxes. These fees are NOT calculated or applied by Step & Slay. If you are unsure about these charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be required to pay a reshipment fee via invoice. Your order will not be reshipped until the fee is paid. Reshipment fees range from $10–$15 for U.S. orders and $40–$50 for international orders.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
We do not allow order cancellations once they are submitted. Please view our refund and return page located at the bottom of the website, as we do now accept returns.
Processing Policy:
Order processing typically takes 1–14 business days (Monday–Friday). While delays are rare, they may occur. Shipping time is an additional 5-10 business days.
Orders placed during sales may experience slight delays. Please keep this in mind.
If ordering for a specific event or trip, please place your order at least 3–4 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Address changes:
Address changes can be made at any time before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
